Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for supporting WCMTL Art Studio.

Each piece is created and fulfilled with care. Due to the nature of our studio releases, all sales are considered final.

All Sales Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Preference or fit

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Some WCMTL pieces are released as limited editions, while others are part of our ongoing essentials collection. Regardless of release type, this policy applies to all products.


Order Errors or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue.

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item received

If the error was made by WCMTL Art Studio, we will provide a replacement or appropriate solution at no additional cost.
